City Bohemian

Since I have moved to Los Angeles I have been straying away from the bohemian look I would often rock in San Diego. But for this look I thought it would be fun to take a very flowy feminine dress and pair it with a leather jacket and boots to give it that city vibe. White is such a nice contrast to all the black I've been wearing this winter! These photos were taken downtown in the same park where they filmed 500 days of summer, I'm such a Zoey fan :)

It's been absolutely freezing in LA the past week! I've been wearing this super warm leather jacket almost every day. I was looking for a good leather moto jacket for awhile before I found this guy. I'm a sucker for real leather but of course that tends to be pretty expensive. I was so excited to find this jacket at cross roads for $35! Actual leather & new with tags. Resale shopping ftw! And I'm sure as you know it's been all about black on black on black this fall, I can't get enough.

Skivvies Shoot

 I design men's graphic tees full time, and my work recently asked for some hot babe shirts. Lucky for me my best friend Kate Mahoney happen to be a TOTAL babe. She agreed to get slightly scandalous and shoot with me. I think the female body is a beautiful thing and I love when it's displayed tastefully in photographs. Man Repeller

I was hunting for the perfect pair of overalls for months and when I found these guys I was ecstatic! Probably one of my favorite man-repelling trends of the winter. I swear I'm going to end up a crazy cat lady! Ha sometimes I wish I could post about my crazy dating life on here, but it's much too risky.

I just finished reading the book "The Man Repeller" by Leandra Medine. She's a fabulous fashion blogger who writes about her wild sartorial quest, and how if often seems to repel members of the opposite sex. Her books tagline is "Seeking love, Finding overalls", and I'm like "AMEN SISTA!". I wouldn't say the book is in my top five favorites, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm all about dressing for the girls and not the boys. Anyways, obviously the boys LOVE the dungarees, ulra sexy.
